Build safer Microsoft 365 automation with AI agents.

Founder-led consulting for Power Automate, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, and FlowStudio MCP. We help teams build, fix, govern, and scale automation without turning production into an experiment.

Who you work with

Common projects we help with

  • Build end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Build SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and SPFx customizations
  • Build service desk and ticketing on SharePoint, with Power Automate approvals and triage
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform with external systems and APIs
  • Modernize business-critical Power Automate workflows
  • Set up Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork agents with governed Power Automate actions
  • Add governance, review, and monitoring around agent-built automation
Working examples

Finance and operations apps inside SharePoint

Your team already lives in SharePoint. We build the apps they wish it had.

Copilot can generate a dashboard from a list in minutes, and it will look fine. These four apps are the parts it can't do: deciding who sees which rows, letting people write records, and reaching systems like Outlook.

React web parts running inside your existing tenant, with Azure Functions where the data needs server-side control. No new logins, no separate hosting, no per-seat SaaS bill.

We build against the systems you already run: Workday Adaptive Planning, Infor SunSystems and iPOS purchasing, Employment Hero, Outlook calendars, rostering systems, and plain SharePoint lists. If yours isn't listed, it usually just needs an API or a database we can read.

What this one proves

The needs-attention list does the chasing. An overdue registration or a due brake job surfaces itself from the underlying lists - nobody keeps a spreadsheet to know.

We build to your chart of accounts, your lists, your approval rules. The first step is a fixed-scope pilot, and we iterate from there.

These four are finance and operations. The same stack runs a service desk: ticketing with approvals, triage, and knowledge-base search, with Power Automate driving the workflow behind it.

We tour the live demo on the call and scope your first app.

More ways we help

Some projects do not start with a dev team. They start with repeat work, overloaded teams, or a question about where AI agents should fit.

Operations automation

Solo startups and small businesses

For founders and small teams with repeat operational work.

We build Microsoft 365 workflows for intake, document generation, email handling, reminders, reporting, and follow-up.

Best fit: You want the outcome without becoming a Power Automate developer.

AI transformation

AI work redesign and automation assessment

For companies deciding where AI agents should fit.

We map recurring tasks, approvals, handoffs, reporting, and operational work, then turn that into a practical automation plan.

Best fit: You need a buildable plan, not a generic AI strategy deck.

Choose the engagement that matches your team

Four ways to engage. Pricing is scoped on the free intro call.

Train

Train your dev team for the AI-agent era

For: Teams building Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or Copilot Cowork solutions who want to use AI agents safely.

You get

  • Hands-on training with examples from your backlog
  • Agent setup for Claude, Codex, Copilot Studio, or Copilot Cowork
  • Safe patterns for testing, review, and deployment

Best for: Teams that want to use agents without losing control.

Build with

Build alongside your dev team

For: Teams shipping a real AI or agentic project who want a senior pair on the work.

You get

  • Founder pairs with one of your devs on the workflow
  • Code and design reviews on agent-built flows
  • Playbook of agent prompts and architecture decisions

Best for: Teams who learn by doing and want to keep the result.

Onboard + workshop

Onboard your citizen developers into safe agentic work

For: Organisations rolling out AI agents to makers who need governance from day one.

You get

  • AI adoption plan tailored to your tenant and risk posture
  • Sandbox so citizen devs build without breaking prod
  • Hands-on workshops on agent patterns for makers

Best for: IT leaders who need adoption and guardrails at the same time.

Build for

Build and deliver projects for you

For: Teams that need the work shipped with AI-agent speed under expert oversight.

You get

  • End-to-end build, discovery to handover
  • AI-accelerated delivery with founder review on every change
  • Runbook your team takes over after we leave

Best for: Teams without the bandwidth, but unwilling to accept low-quality delivery.

Good fit, bad fit

A quick gut check before the call. We will tell you on the call if we are not the right team.

We are a fit when

  • Solo founders and startup teams running day-to-day operations with AI
  • Mid-market and enterprise teams (50 to 800 people) on Microsoft 365 plus Power Platform
  • One technical person on the team who will own the work after we leave (the founder counts at small scale)
  • A real Power Automate, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, or Microsoft 365 automation problem to solve
  • You run a small business and want repeat admin work handled by automation or agents
  • You need to review roles and processes to find safe AI automation opportunities
  • Comfort with delegated Microsoft permissions in your tenant

We are probably not the right fit when

  • You need basic Microsoft 365 helpdesk support
  • You want a low-cost offshore build team
  • You need a full-time developer embedded for months
  • You want AI agents to make production changes without review
  • You want a generic AI strategy deck with no build plan
  • You want AI used to make staff decisions without proper HR, legal, and leadership review

Services FAQ

How does an engagement typically start?

Book the free 15-minute call. We confirm the problem, check whether we can help, and suggest the next practical step. No long discovery, no sales pitch. Most engagements start there and grow from a small block of hours into something bigger.

How does pricing work?

We quote on the free 15-minute call once we understand the team, the stack, and the work. Most engagements run as hourly consulting blocks or monthly retainers; larger work is scoped as a fixed-price project.

Can you help if our flows were built by someone else?

Yes. A lot of our work is inherited automation. We audit what is there, document it, fix the failing parts, and either hand it back to your team or take it under managed service.

What access do you need to work in our tenant?

It depends on the work. For reviews, training, and many Power Automate fixes, delegated access from a named account is enough. For custom integrations, SharePoint/SPFx deployment, app registrations, Graph/API permissions, or production rollout, your admin may need to approve access or create the required app registration. We agree the access model upfront and keep it scoped to the project.

Can you review automation before any production changes go in?

Yes. Everything we build with an AI agent is reviewed by a founder before it ships to your tenant. We follow your change-control process; if you do not have one yet, we set one up as part of the engagement.

Can you work with our internal IT team or an existing consulting partner?

Yes. We often pair with your in-house team or an existing partner. We ship the agentic build, document the handover, and brief their team so the work survives after we leave.

What is a custom MCP server, and when do we need one?

A Model Context Protocol server gives AI agents like Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Cowork authenticated access to your internal systems. You need one when off-the-shelf tools cannot reach your data: a custom approval API, a proprietary records system, or tenant-specific Power Automate operations. We built FlowStudio MCP, which is listed in the GitHub awesome-copilot registry.

Can you help us use FlowStudio MCP with Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Copilot Cowork?

Yes. FlowStudio MCP is built to work with these agent surfaces. We help your team install it, wire it to the right agent, set up safe delegated-permission patterns, and write the prompts and skill packages that get real Power Automate work done. We can also build a custom MCP server on top if FlowStudio MCP does not cover your scenario.

Do you work with clients outside Australia?

Yes. We work with clients in Australia and overseas, mostly over Microsoft Teams inside your tenant. We are based on Sydney's Northern Beaches and also love working with local businesses and nearby teams who want practical Microsoft 365 automation help.

Send the brief or book the call.

Two ways in. Free 15-minute Quick Start either way.
